About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale a startup, potentially in AI, with the support of serial entrepreneurs and the EWOR network. You will own, build, and run your startup and take full responsibility for scaling it. The programme includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a founder and investor community, help with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and support in achieving product-market fit and building sales or marketing capabilities. You will also receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup to raise millions in funding.

The role includes a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management. The offer includes a salary while you build your startup as a direct employee, or the alternative of up to €500,000 in funding. EWOR also provides support for securing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months; the posting states that fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M or more in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
