About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in fields such as AI. The selected founder will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for growing it. They will participate in a customised personal-development programme crafted by unicorn founders, with a focus on goal, time, and energy management.

EWOR offers either a salary while the founder builds their startup as a direct employee, or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, help with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and advice from serial entrepreneurs. EWOR also provides coaching and support to reach product-market fit, build sales or marketing capabilities, and prepare for a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months. The posting says EWOR Fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
