About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale an AI startup. You will own, build, and run your startup and take full responsibility for growing it toward €100M+ in revenue. The program provides a salary while you build your company through direct employment, or alternatively offers up to €500k in funding.

You will receive weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. The program also offers guidance on reaching product-market fit, building a sales force or marketing engine, and preparing to raise millions in funding. Fellows follow a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management, with intensive coaching from serial entrepreneurs.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
