About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in fields such as AI. The successful candidate will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. They will follow a customised personal development programme designed by unicorn founders, with a focus on goal, time, and energy management. EWOR provides weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, support with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs. The programme also includes coaching to prepare the startup for fundraising, product iteration support through product-market fit, and help building a sales force or marketing engine. The candidate may be directly employed by EWOR and receive a salary while building the startup, or alternatively opt for up to €500,000 in funding. EWOR also offers support toward securing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
