About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in AI. The role involves taking full responsibility for owning, building, and running a startup, with the aim of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. The company offers a salary while the founder builds their startup through direct employment, or the option of up to €500k in funding.

Founders receive weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. EWOR also provides guidance on reaching product-market fit, building a sales force or marketing engine, and preparing to raise a multi-million-euro funding round. The programme includes a customised personal development journey focused on goal, time, and energy management, as well as intensive coaching and advice from serial entrepreneurs.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
