About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote, independent-contractor role focused on guiding individuals and families through supplemental benefit options and enrollment. The role involves virtual client consultations, relationship-building, accurate digital recordkeeping, and follow-up communication. Work is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Inbound leads are provided, with no cold calling. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Before conducting licensed insurance activities, the candidate must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state requirements at their own expense. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and are reviewed during hiring and onboarding. The opportunity is intended for self-motivated, coachable people who are comfortable working independently and interested in professional growth and advancement. Candidates must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the United States, and must provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a Windows laptop or PC, webcam, dependable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- Comfortable participating in virtual meetings and using digital tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Self-driven and organized, with the ability to work independently.
- Passion for helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization.
- Customer service or consultative background is a plus but not required.
- No prior insurance experience is required.
