About The Position
The Kelsie Porter Agency, a Farmers Insurance agency, is seeking an Agent Trainee who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and is motivated to grow. This role offers genuine career development, with training, tools, and support to help individuals achieve goals such as becoming a top-producing agent, taking on leadership roles, or owning their own Farmers Insurance agency. No prior insurance experience is required; the agency will provide training for driven and coachable individuals.
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, positive attitude
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Willing to obtain or already have a Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Nice To Haves
- Sales or customer service experience preferred, not required
Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify clients' insurance needs and recommend personalized solutions
- Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty Insurance products
- Nurture leads, generate referrals, and network within your community
- Deliver exceptional customer service before and after each sale
- Work toward personal sales goals and long-term client relationships
- Stay current on new products and industry trends
