Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence making outbound calls and closing sales
  • Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by identifying, reaching out to, and converting prospects into clients
  • Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend customized coverage
  • Sell and cross-sell insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing support and regular policy reviews
  • Meet and surpass individual sales goals to support agency growth
  • Stay current on insurance products and compliance standards
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and process renewals
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative sales strategies
