Requirements

Responsibilities

Grow your client base through networking, proactive outreach, and community involvement.
Educate clients on our portfolio: auto, home, life, business, and specialty insurance products.
Conduct needs assessments and design customized insurance strategies for each client.
Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and consultations to proposing solutions and closing deals.
Build lasting relationships with regular check-ins, policy reviews, and exceptional ongoing service.
Consistently surpass sales targets with a focus on long-term client loyalty.
Stay current on industry developments and maintain thorough knowledge of Farmers Insurance offerings.
