Requirements

• Prior sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and referrals.
• Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend personalized insurance plans.
• Sell and cross-sell a broad range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies.
• Provide excellent customer service while building and maintaining client relationships.
• Consistently achieve production goals and performance metrics.
• Stay informed on products, industry changes, and underwriting guidelines.
