Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
  • Superior communication and negotiation abilities
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and closing sales
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by identifying prospects, reaching out, and converting leads
  • Consult with clients to evaluate coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
  • Build long-term client relationships through ongoing service and proactive policy reviews
  • Meet and exceed individual sales benchmarks to support overall agency goals
  • Keep up to date with product options and regulatory standards
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to agency strategy sessions
