Requirements

• Previous sales experience or a proven track record of meeting goals is required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls
• Highly organized, motivated, and eager to learn

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert new prospects into policyholders
• Advise clients on insurance options that fit their unique needs
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with ongoing support
• Meet individual sales goals and contribute to agency growth
• Utilize CRM software to organize leads and track engagement
