Requirements

  • Previous sales experience with a solid track record of hitting targets
  • 1+ year of proven success in sales, customer service, or insurance
  • Dynamic communicator with a talent for building trust and rapport
  • Confident in outbound sales, prospecting, and business development
  • Coachable, growth-oriented, and hungry to exceed quotas
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and effective at time management

Nice To Haves

  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses
  • Bilingual skills

Responsibilities

  • Aggressively prospect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and confident follow-up
  • Build meaningful client connections with excellent interpersonal skills and personalized attention
  • Consult with new and existing clients to identify their insurance needs and recommend tailored policy options
  • Sell and cross-sell a complete portfolio of insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial
  • Follow up consistently to deepen relationships, review coverage, and secure renewals
  • Relentlessly pursue and exceed both individual and agency sales targets
  • Master product knowledge, industry compliance, and proven sales techniques
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage your sales pipeline, leads, and renewals efficiently
  • Actively participate in team meetings, training, and high-impact sales strategy sessions
