About The Position

Rebound Therapies is seeking afterschool care staff to work one-on-one with children with autism and related needs in Sturgis, Coldwater, Battle Creek, and Kalamazoo, Michigan. Staff provide therapy based on individualized treatment plans, track progress, and celebrate achievements with families. Services take place in clients’ homes and community settings, with drive time reimbursed. The role involves collaborating with a supportive team and delivering client-centered, evidence-based services that help families pursue meaningful goals. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Pay generally ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, with pay starting at $20 per hour. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
Ability to commit to afternoon and evening availability.
Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

Nice To Haves

College coursework in psychology, education, or a related field.
Existing RBT certification or other relevant certification.
