Afterschool Care - Working 1:1 with Kids with Autism
About The Position
Rebound Therapies is hiring afterschool care staff to work one-on-one with children with autism and related needs in St. Joseph and Bangor, Michigan. Staff provide therapy based on individualized treatment plans, track progress, and celebrate achievements with families. Services take place in clients’ homes and community settings, and the role involves local travel between those locations. The schedule is 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Starting pay is $20 per hour, with typical pay listed as $20–$22 per hour. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.

- Existing RBT certification or other relevant certification.
