About The Position

Rebound Therapies is hiring afterschool care staff to work one-on-one with children with autism and related needs in St. Joseph, Michigan, and other listed hiring locations. Staff provide therapy based on individualized treatment plans, track progress, celebrate achievements with families, and collaborate with a supportive team. Services take place in clients’ homes and community settings, with local travel between sites. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. No prior ABA experience is required; paid training is provided. Pay starts at $20 per hour, with typical pay listed as $20–$22 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon and evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

Nice To Haves

• College coursework in psychology, education, or a related field.
• Existing RBT certification or experience; no prior ABA experience is required.
