About The Position

Rebound Therapies is hiring afterschool care staff to work one-on-one with children with autism and related needs in Midland, Muskegon, and Norton Shores, Michigan. The role provides home- and community-based care and therapy using individualized treatment plans and evidence-based practices. Staff track clients’ progress, celebrate achievements with families, travel between client homes and community settings, and collaborate with a supportive team of professionals. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Pay starts at $20 per hour, with pay generally ranging from $20 to $22 per hour. No prior ABA experience is required; paid training is provided.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
Ability to commit to afternoon and evening availability.
Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

Nice To Haves

College coursework in psychology, education, or a related field.
Existing RBT certification or other relevant certification.
