About The Position

Rebound Therapies is hiring afterschool care staff to work one-on-one with children with autism and related needs in Coldwater and Hillsdale, Michigan. The role provides home- and community-focused, evidence-based therapy using individualized treatment plans. Staff track progress, celebrate achievements with families, and collaborate with a supportive team of professionals. The position involves travel to client homes and community settings, with drive time reimbursed.

The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Pay starts at $20 per hour, with typical pay generally ranging from $20 to $22 per hour. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

• College coursework in psychology, education, or a related field.
• RBT certification or willingness to pursue certification; the description offers a certification bonus and promotion for BTs who become RBTs.
