Afterschool Care - Working 1:1 with Kids with Autism
About The Position
Rebound Therapies is hiring afterschool care staff to work one-on-one with children with autism and related needs in Big Rapids, Michigan. Staff provide therapy based on individualized treatment plans, track progress, and celebrate achievements with families. Services take place in clients’ homes and community settings, and staff collaborate with a supportive team of professionals. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with local travel between client homes and community sites. Starting pay is $20 per hour; the posting indicates pay is generally $20–$22 per hour. No prior ABA experience is required. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
- Ability to commit to afternoon and evening availability.

- College coursework in psychology, education, or a related field.
- Existing RBT certification or experience; no prior ABA experience is required.
