About The Position

Rebound Therapies is seeking afterschool care staff to work one-on-one with children with autism and related needs in Lansing, Michigan, and surrounding areas. Staff provide therapy based on individualized treatment plans, track progress, and celebrate achievements with families. Services take place in clients’ homes and community settings, and the role involves local travel between those locations, with drive time reimbursed. The expected schedule is Monday through Friday, between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. No prior ABA experience is required; paid training is provided. The position offers opportunities for career advancement into supervisory and clinical leadership roles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon and evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

Nice To Haves

• College coursework in psychology, education, or a related field.
• Prior ABA experience or RBT certification is not required; the employer provides training.
