About The Position

Rebound Therapies is hiring afterschool care staff in Owosso, Michigan, to work one-on-one with children with autism and related needs. The role provides therapy based on individualized treatment plans, tracks progress, and celebrates achievements with families. Staff travel to client homes and community settings and collaborate with a supportive team of professionals. The scheduled availability is 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. No prior ABA experience is required because paid training is provided. Pay starts at $20 per hour and is generally $20–$22 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon and evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

Nice To Haves

• College coursework in psychology, education, or a related field.
• RBT certification or prior ABA experience.
