About The Position

This part-time substitute position is part of a pathway operated in partnership with a school district. The Instructional Provider Substitute may be assigned to different school sites across the district to cover staffing absences. Shifts and locations are not guaranteed, and the employee must be prepared to travel between sites and respond promptly to available assignments. The role requires availability Monday through Friday for the entire shift schedule. As a California Schools Talent Collaborative (CSTC) employee, the successful candidate will initially be placed at a school site for three months as an Instructional Provider. During that period, the employee is expected to apply for an equivalent district position and complete the district’s formal hiring process. After successful completion of that process and at least three months of CSTC service, the employee may be eligible to transition to direct employment with the district. Under the direction of the Expanded Learning Site Supervisor, the Instructional Provider facilitates and implements program activities, provides assigned instruction to TK–12 students, and supervises students. The position pays $20.00 per hour. Think Together is an Equal Opportunity Employer and states that it does not discriminate on protected grounds in recruitment, hiring, placement, promotion, training, compensation, benefits, or other employment treatment.
