Responsibilities

• Manage the after-sales accessories department, including sales, inventory, and installation processes.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase accessory sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the service and parts departments to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Train and supervise accessories department staff, promoting high standards of service and product knowledge.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
