About The Position

LaserAway is seeking an Aesthetic Sales Consultant, also referred to as a Patient Care Coordinator, to provide personalized client experiences and contribute to clinic success through consultations and sales. The role is the first point of contact for clients and involves creating treatment plans tailored to their aesthetic goals, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. It also includes front desk and scheduling responsibilities and support for clinical operations. The position is based at LaserAway’s Morningside Heights location. Compensation is $25.00 per hour plus uncapped commission; the posting reports that consultants earn an average of $35.00–$43.00 per hour in their first year.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport, address client concerns, and close sales.
Self-motivation and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining professional standards.
Availability to work weekends and evenings.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of sales experience.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

Provide a premium, personalized experience for every client.
Conduct consultations and guide clients toward treatments suited to their needs and aesthetic goals.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets, conversion rates, and average ticket values.
Recommend additional products and services to support client results and clinic revenue goals.
Assist clients with financing options such as Care Credit.
Manage patient check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling.
Support clinicians by preparing treatment rooms, organizing schedules, and assisting with operational tasks such as patient numbing and shaving.
Participate in daily huddles and regular management check-ins to discuss sales strategies, KPIs, and performance goals.
