About The Position

NAKED MD is hiring a full-time Aesthetic Coordinator for an entirely operational role supporting the studio and its providers. The coordinator prepares the operational environment that enables a smooth patient experience, including procedure trays, treatment rooms, inventory, schedules, and documentation. The position also supports front-desk and concierge tasks as needed and may involve special projects. The role calls for integrity, patient-centered care, precision, anticipation, ownership, accountability, and reliability. Friday and Saturday availability is mandatory.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

Experience in aesthetics or medical settings.
MA, CNA, LVN, or Phlebotomist license.

Responsibilities

Prepare and verify procedure trays precisely and consistently before they are needed.
Open and close the studio to standard each shift, including conducting full inventory counts.
Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to consistent, impeccable standards.
Align the team on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives.
Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to prevent schedule interruptions.
Monitor and proactively restock supplies.
Maintain accurate patient documentation, including charting, before-and-after photos, and treatment records.
Uphold each patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care.
Support front-desk and concierge operations as needed, including checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and assisting wherever needed.
Take on special projects as needed.
