About The Position

NAKED MD is hiring a full-time Aesthetic Coordinator for an entirely operational role that supports the studio and enables providers to deliver a smooth patient experience. The coordinator prepares procedure trays, maintains treatment rooms and the back office, manages inventory and documentation, coordinates studio flow and provider breaks, and supports front-desk and concierge duties as needed. The role calls for precision, anticipation, ownership, reliability, and a compassionate, team-first approach. Friday and Saturday availability is mandatory.

Nice To Haves

Experience in aesthetics or medical settings.
MA, CNA, LVN, or phlebotomist license; not required.
Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Prepare and verify procedure trays accurately and consistently before they are needed.
Open and close the studio to standard each shift, including completing full inventory counts.
Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to a consistent, high standard.
Align the team on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives.
Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to keep the schedule running smoothly.
Monitor and proactively restock supplies.
Maintain accurate patient documentation, including charting, before-and-after photos, and treatment records.
Uphold each patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care.
Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed, including checking patients in and out and rooming patients.
Step in wherever the team needs support and take on special projects as assigned.
