Back-end Medical Office Staff
About The Position
NAKED MD is hiring a full-time Aesthetic Coordinator for an entirely operational role supporting the studio and its providers. The coordinator prepares and verifies procedure trays, maintains treatment rooms and the back office, manages inventory, supports studio opening and closing, and helps keep daily operations and provider schedules running smoothly. The role also includes accurate patient documentation and providing front-desk and concierge support as needed. The position calls for precision, anticipation, ownership, reliability, and a calm, kind, team-first approach. Friday and Saturday availability is mandatory. The annual base salary range is $20–$28 per hour, based on experience.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify procedure trays accurately and consistently before they are needed.
- Open and close the studio to standard each shift, including completing full inventory counts.
- Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to a consistent, high standard.
- Align the team on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives.
- Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to keep the schedule running.
- Monitor and proactively restock supplies.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation, including charting, before-and-after photos, and treatment records.
- Uphold each patient's dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care.
- Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed, including checking patients in and out and rooming patients.
- Assist with special projects and step in where the team needs support.
