About The Position

NAKED MD is seeking a full-time Aesthetic Coordinator to provide operational support in its aesthetics studio. The role focuses on preparing and maintaining treatment areas, keeping supplies and schedules organized, supporting providers, and maintaining patient documentation. The position is described as foundational to the patient experience and requires a reliable, precise, anticipatory, and team-oriented approach. Friday and Saturday availability is mandatory. The annual base salary range is $20–$28 per hour, based on experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience in aesthetics or medical settings.
MA, CNA, LVN, or phlebotomist license.

Responsibilities

Prepare and verify procedure trays accurately and consistently before they are needed.
Open and close the studio to standards each shift, including completing full inventory counts.
Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to a consistent, impeccable standard.
Align the team on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives.
Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to keep the schedule moving.
Monitor and proactively restock supplies.
Maintain accurate patient documentation, including charting, before-and-after photos, and treatment records.
Uphold each patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care.
Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed by checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and assisting wherever the team needs support.
Take on special projects as needed.
