About The Position

NAKED MD is hiring full-time Back-end Medical Office Staff for an operational role supporting aesthetic studio providers and patients. The position focuses on preparing and maintaining the studio so procedures and patient care can run smoothly. The role is described as foundational to the patient experience and includes operational duties, with additional front desk and concierge support as needed. Flexibility to assist with special projects is part of the role. The stated annual base salary range is $20–$28 per hour, based on experience. Friday and Saturday availability is mandatory.

Nice To Haves

Experience in aesthetics or medical settings.
MA, CNA, LVN, or Phlebotomist license; not required.
Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Prepare and verify procedure trays accurately and consistently before they are needed.
Open and close the studio to standard each shift, including completing full inventory counts.
Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to consistent standards.
Align the team on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives.
Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to keep the schedule on track.
Monitor and proactively restock supplies.
Maintain accurate patient documentation, including charting, before-and-after photos, and treatment records.
Uphold each patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care.
Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed, including checking patients in and out and rooming patients.
Assist with special projects and other team needs as required.
