Advance Practice Provider NP/PA

CVS Health•Fort Worth, TX

About The Position

CVS Health’s MinuteClinic is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) for clinic-based work in the Greater Fort Worth Area. The role delivers high-quality, evidence-based primary and family care to patients, families, and communities. Providers assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions, and may provide virtual care visits from the clinic when onsite patient volume is lower and virtual care does not delay or interfere with in-person care. Providers have autonomy to manage their practice with clinical and organizational support, evidence-based resources, and opportunities for professional development. The position is on-site at an assigned clinic. Charting and follow-up are completed during scheduled shifts, with no work taken home. The advertised hourly rate for this location is $65.50–$76 per hour based on experience, plus shift differentials and a quarterly incentive plan. The broader job-grade pay range is $41.85–$90.13 per hour; actual pay depends on factors including experience, education, and geography. The position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. This full-time position is eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources, subject to eligibility.
