About The Position

This is a full-time, clinic-based Advanced Practice Provider position at the Baytown MinuteClinic. The role delivers high-quality in-person primary and family care, with virtual visits conducted from the clinic when onsite patient volume is lower and virtual care will not delay or interfere with in-person care. Providers have clinical and organizational support, evidence-based resources, and the opportunity to practice at the top of their license. Charting and follow-up are completed during scheduled shifts. MinuteClinic describes its approach as affordable, accessible, comprehensive care delivered through a collaborative team environment. The organization holds the ANCC Pathway to Excellence designation and emphasizes transformational leadership, quality, safety, shared governance, well-being, and professional development. The position offers flexible scheduling, work-life balance, clinical resources, and career development opportunities. The position is open to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates. The stated hourly rate for the Baytown location is $66.50–$77.50 based on experience, plus shift differentials and a quarterly incentive plan. The posting also lists a typical pay range of $46.03–$99.14 for the job grade and notes eligibility for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
