About The Position

CVS Health’s MinuteClinic is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. Full-time is preferred, though part-time candidates may be considered according to scheduling needs and candidate availability. The role focuses on in-person care; virtual visits may be conducted from the clinic during lower onsite patient volume when they do not delay or interfere with in-person care. They coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and complete clinic operations such as inventory management, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection. Providers are expected to practice at the top of their license with clinical and organizational support. Charting and follow-up are completed during scheduled shifts, with no work taken home. MinuteClinic describes its work environment as grounded in Transformational Leadership, Quality, Safety, Shared Governance, Well-being, and Professional Development, and holds the ANCC Pathway to Excellence designation.
