The position may also be eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. NP candidates need a master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program, current AANP or ANCC board certification, and an active, unrestricted state APRN license. PA candidates need a Master of Science in Physician Assistant/Associate Studies, or a health-related master’s degree plus a Bachelor of Science in PA Studies, current NCCPA certification, and an active, unrestricted state PA license. The role requires active BLS certification, the ability to pass a respirator fit test, and physical presence at the assigned clinic. A DOT certification exam must be completed within 30 days of employment. Multi-state licensure must be obtained and maintained based on business needs. The posting describes prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reaching, as well as the ability to perform Basic Life Support.
