About The Position

The Adult Day Center Supervisor ensures participants receive a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience at WelbeHealth day centers. The role oversees daily center operations, leads and supports the day center team, and helps maintain a welcoming environment that meets participants’ needs. It combines care delivery, team leadership, and healthcare operations, while supporting a growing, mission-driven organization serving vulnerable seniors.

Requirements

• At least two years of supervisory experience; healthcare environment experience is preferred.
• In-depth experience working with seniors in a supportive, engaging environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience working with frail or elderly populations.

Responsibilities

• Guide Personal Care Assistants and Dietary Assistants and direct day-to-day operations of the day center floor.
• Oversee scheduling for the day center, including staff schedules, center attendance, and external appointments.
• Partner with Transportation, Engagement, and other applicable teams to coordinate services for participants.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
