Adult Day Center Supervisor

About The Position
The Adult Day Center Supervisor ensures participants receive a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience at WelbeHealth day centers. The role oversees daily center operations, supports and leads the day center team, and helps maintain a welcoming environment that meets participants’ needs. It combines care delivery, team leadership, and healthcare operations, while supporting a growing, mission-driven organization serving vulnerable seniors.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience; experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
- In-depth experience working with seniors in a supportive, engaging environment.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working with frail or elderly populations.
- Supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Guide Personal Care Assistants and Dietary Assistants and direct day-to-day operations of the day center floor.
- Oversee day center scheduling, including staff schedules, attendance, and external appointments.
- Partner with Transportation, Engagement, and other applicable teams to coordinate participant services.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
