About The Position

As an Admissions Liaison at Encompass Health, coordinate an efficient and compassionate admission process for inpatient and outpatient patients. Handle and verify referrals, validate information, facilitate scheduling and admission, and support the referral process. The role also includes completing pre-certifications, assembling admission consent packets, maintaining an accurate listing of hospital patients, and entering statistical data into hospital systems.

Requirements

• One or more years in hospital admissions procedures is preferred.
• Licensure as a clinician is preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• CRRN is preferred.
• A strong understanding of multidisciplinary care levels and at least one year of clinical experience are advantageous.
