About The Position

The Admissions Liaison coordinates an efficient and compassionate admission process for inpatient and outpatient patients. The role oversees referrals, validates information, facilitates scheduling and admission, and contributes to the referral process by entering statistical data into hospital systems. The position also supports pre-certifications, assembles admission consent packets, and maintains accurate listings of patients in the hospital.

Requirements

• One or more years of experience in hospital admissions procedures is preferred.
• Licensure as a clinician is preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• CRRN certification is preferred.
• A strong understanding of multidisciplinary care levels and at least one year of clinical experience are advantageous.
