About The Position

The Admissions Liaison coordinates an efficient and compassionate admission process for inpatient and outpatient patients. The role receives and verifies referrals, gathers essential information, validates details, and facilitates scheduling and admission. It also supports the referral process, completes pre-certifications, assembles admissions consent packets, maintains an accurate listing of hospital patients, and enters statistical data into hospital systems.

Requirements

• One or more years of experience in hospital admissions procedures is preferred.
• Licensure as a clinician is preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• CRRN is preferred.
• A strong understanding of multidisciplinary care levels and at least one year of clinical experience are advantageous.
