About The Position

The Admissions Liaison coordinates an efficient and compassionate admission process for inpatient and outpatient patients. The role handles and verifies referrals, validates information, facilitates scheduling and admission, completes pre-certifications, assembles admission consent packets, and maintains accurate patient listings. The Admissions Liaison also contributes to the referral process and enters statistical data into hospital systems.

Requirements

• One or more years of experience in hospital admissions procedures is preferred.
• Licensure as a clinician is preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• CRRN certification is preferred.
• A strong understanding of multidisciplinary care levels and at least one year of clinical experience are advantageous.
