About The Position

The Admissions Clerk receives and interviews patients and obtains information necessary for registration, billing, and admission. The role also answers the switchboard. The position is seasonal and located at the legal address in Sweetwater, Texas. It reports to the Admissions Director and supervises others only as assigned by the Admissions Director. Internal and external contacts include employees, volunteers, and the public.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous computer experience is preferred, preferably in a hospital or similar setting.
