About The Position

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mitigation Team Coordinator to provide operational support to its Mitigation Department. The role supports accurate scheduling, data integrity, dispatching efficiency, and financial stewardship across mitigation projects. It is suited to a systems-minded coordinator who can keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The coordinator manages crew schedules and equipment allocation, maintains electronic project records, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, supports invoice and billing processes, and assists project managers and technicians with administrative logistics. The role also requires investigative problem-solving to resolve scheduling conflicts, missing information, and discrepancies in systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with business systems such as PSA, Concur, Xactanalysis, or similar project management platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong file organization skills.

• Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or coordination roles.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the daily schedule for mitigation crews, assigning jobs appropriately and allocating equipment.
• Maintain up-to-date electronic project records across platforms such as PSA, Xactanalysis, and Concur.
• Track job progress, photo uploads, and file documentation accurately.
• Serve as a communication point of contact between the Mitigation Team, external partners such as adjusters and TPAs, internal stakeholders, and customers.
• Communicate messages and updates clearly and promptly.
• Track job invoices, review documentation for accuracy, submit payments for approval, and support department billing processes.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to Mitigation Project Managers and Technicians, helping remove roadblocks to field execution.
• Investigate and resolve scheduling conflicts, missing data, and system discrepancies, including when information is incomplete.
