The Administrative Support Representative works with the supervisor to ensure issues are documented and resolved, and that action plans and resolutions are communicated. The role monitors and communicates with drivers on routes to support on-time, error-free freight delivery; runs reports and tracks daily metrics; distributes inbound and outbound documents; and provides administrative support across dock operations. The representative also sorts and provides paperwork to drivers and provides customer service to carrier partners, customers, and drivers. Other duties may be assigned. The position has no supervisory responsibilities. It is a full-time role, typically 32–40 hours per week, with hours varying by location and business needs. The listed schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.; the posting also states that evening, overnight, and weekend work may be required based on location and business needs. The work takes place in a fast-paced warehouse environment with unforgiving surfaces, hot and cold climates, and a variety of noises and odors. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
