Administrative Support Intern

Moving Forward Staffing CompanyMobile, AL

About The Position

Bel-Air Business Solutions, in partnership with Moving Forward Staffing Company (MFSC), is offering an Administrative Support Internship designed to provide practical, hands-on experience in executive administration, business operations, and professional office support. The Administrative Support Intern will work directly with executive leadership of our partner, providing administrative and personal assistant support while gaining exposure to the operations and leadership of a multi-business environment. Because the needs of a growing organization can evolve, the scope of the internship may include a variety of administrative, organizational, research, and project-based responsibilities. The intern will have the opportunity to observe and support business activities involving private equity investment, acquisitions, business development, and multi-business organizational structures. This internship is ideal for a motivated individual interested in learning how executives organize, manage, and grow multiple business interests while developing transferable administrative and professional skills.
