Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in an office environment
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a public accounting firm
  • Knowledge of TaxPrep

Responsibilities

  • Processing prepared personal, corporate, and trust tax returns for clients
  • Preparing and processing invoices
  • Processing general correspondence
  • Ensuring proactive and efficient communication with partners, managers, and clients
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Performing other related administrative duties as required
