About The Position

Provide admin and operational support directly to Felice of A&F. Responsibilities include confidential document management, data entry, records organization, inventory support, customer service, and production assistance as needed. Also assists with special projects and other duties as assigned by Felice. Maintains confidentiality of company, employee, customer and business information. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist Owner/Management with assigned administrative tasks and daily business support. Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization. Organize and maintain company records and files. Assist with new hire paperwork, employee documentation, and confidential record organization. Review, organize, and categorize business expenses and supporting documentation. Assist with inventory records, operational paperwork, and general coordination. Provide support to warehouse and business operations as needed. Assist with special projects and other duties assigned by management. Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, customer, and business information.
