About The Position

Cloeren is seeking an organized and professional Operations Administrator to play a key role in supporting our Manufacturing Operations by providing necessary data entry into our ERP system and handling daily intercompany deliveries.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Administrative experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Language skills; must be able to effectively communicate, convey and understand job instructions both verbally and written.
• Safety Glasses as needed
• Closed-toe and closed-heel shoes or boots
• Ear Plugs as needed
• Gloves as needed

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner.
• Adhere to Cloeren safety policies and procedure
• Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions
• Complete logs and reports
• Follow routes and time schedules
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate motor vehicle (company van)
• Assist with data entry and record maintenance.
• Prepare correspondence, forms, and reports.
• Support other employees with tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Complete post office runs, inter-company deliveries and other business errands.
• Other duties as requested
