About The Position

The Activities Associate organizes and leads recreational activities that help resort guests enjoy their vacations and create lasting memories. In coordination with the Activities Supervisor, the associate also operates activity-related areas. This is a full-time position at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort, paying $16 per hour plus benefits.

Requirements

• Creativity and customer obsession.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment when interacting with guests and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willingness to work an adjusted schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Depending on location, one or more of the following certifications, or the ability to become certified: Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, Alcohol Awareness Card, and Food Server Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and execute guest activity programs for the resort.
• Monitor, supervise, and assist guests in the activity center.
• Promote and register guests for resort activities.
• Conduct and record inspections of activity areas in compliance with company standards and requirements.
• Manage a cash bank and follow proper cashiering procedures when applicable.
• Attend and complete required resort and company trainings.
• Handle safety issues and incidents immediately.
