The role focuses on healthcare billing and collections, including work with NY Medicare, NY Medicaid, and out-of-network commercial accounts. Requirements
- Proven experience in healthcare accounts receivable and billing.
- Strong knowledge of NY Medicare, NY Medicaid, and out-of-network commercial accounts.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with billing software and systems.
- Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Good Faith Estimates in accordance with the latest regulations.
- Handle pre-service collections professionally and empathetically.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of accounts receivable transactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in English and Spanish.
- Support financial operations through precise documentation and timely follow-up.
