About The Position

Alert 360 is seeking an Accounts Receivable Lead to join their team in Tulsa, OK. This full-time, in-office position involves assisting collections representatives and customers with billing issues, providing coaching and training, and leading the department by example. The role focuses on employee development and positive interactions, with a pay range of $18-$20 per hour plus a monthly incentive based on collection metrics.

Requirements

  • 1-2 Years in a Leadership position.
  • Progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections or Billing preferred.
  • Leadership and coaching skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience guiding teams with the ability to drive performance.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Willingness to learn AR-specific processes (training provided).

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer billing problems, reduce Accounts Receivable delinquency, analyze account payment information, and make recommendations as needed.
  • Assist the collections group when in queue to maintain zero wait times.
  • Accept first level of supervisory escalation calls.
  • Apply sound business judgment when researching customer accounts for credit.
  • Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills.
  • Assist in training and professional development of new employees.
  • Provide excellent customer experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
