About The Position

This role is responsible for various accounts receivable tasks, including payment application, discrepancy resolution, credit processing, customer follow-up, account adjustments, balance reconciliation, and calculation of rebate and commission payments. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2+ years relevant experience required
• Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Excellent attention to detail
• Works well in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in Accounting preferred

Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments
• Research and solve payment discrepancies
• Process credit card payments and credits
• Follow-up with customers regarding past due amounts and payment status
• Make adjustments to accounts as needed
• Reconcile customer account balances
• Calculate rebate and commission payments
